The meaning of a one worded text.
When you feel for someone, you can do the craziest things.
After a long argument, or just a simple disagreement, you will find yourself receiving a one worded text. And why you may ask? This is because that person really cares about you. It may not seem like it at the moment. The idea is simple. They want to keep talking to you, but they don’t know what to say. Usually a one worded text follows a conversation that has a great deal of disappointment. That person will text you with “okay”, “yeah”, or even a “whatever”. Obviously that person is hurt. They want you there and when they send that text, they want and pray for you to reply. If you don’t reply, they know that you are right. It’s all out of love. They will torture you and bother the shit out of you just to make it seem like they are not giving you any of there time and when you don’t text them back, it really hurts. At first, they feel good about knowing you are mad enough to text back “whatever, i’ll text you back later.” They think they won, at first. After a great deal of time apart, both people will miss each other, but they won’t admit it. They will text each other with a simple “hi”, or “hey” to start the conversation, and everything will be okay. They pick up right where they left off. So why would someone put someone else through all this trouble? Well, when you feel for someone, you can do the craziest things.
